The first Astral Plane is challenging. It would be along time to achieve the same. Once the first astral plane is complete you will see your relationship in a new light. The 'spark' the most couples complain that has diminished would suddenly surge with a new energy. A new found energy wanting to become a fire. Now let us begin with some of the physical activities that you two can do ( No we are yet to reach the Second Astral Plane)

1. Share household chores: Activities like cooking, or doing the dishes, or laundry will certainly save time for the more sensible activity; lovemaking. It would certainly put a glow on your spouse's face.

2. Exercise together outdoors: Go on long brisk walk or cycling together. Talk the walk and believe me you will understand a lot about your partners.

3. Read Erotica: Read some excellent erotic books together (Again couples who cannot distinguish erotic literature and pornography should not undertake this step)

Brahmacharya In Marital Life (A Modern Concept)

Brahmacharya has been always wrongly percieved as a total abstinence of sexual pleasures or some times a state wherein a person is unmarried. Wrong on both counts. Brahmacharya only means a total celibacy before marriage and total honesty towards your spouse after marriage.

I have come with a modern concept which i would term as Marital Brahmacharya. Below i have cited step by step practices wehrein a man can achieve this form of spirituality after marriage only to improve your relationship with your wife

The simple steps first ( Achieving the first Astral Plane in Marital Brahmacharya)

1. Vow complete faithfulness to your wife. Tell her that she would be the "Only One" and ask her to allow you to love her with total devotion.
2. Mean what you say. Thats only puts you in a position to view other woman as your sisters. That prohibits watching at other woman lustfully, watching or reading pornography.
3. Acknowledge at all times what your wife does for you. Compliment her always (but make sure not to use any sexually coloured language). Let her understand how much difference she has made in your life.
4. Do not argue on the slightest pretext. Always respect her opinion but put your ideas in a very reasonable manner.
